Perfect location and very beautiful pool .

1- the room was not throughly clean . 2- No house keeping was provided the next day. 3- the inconvenient location of the toilet seat. 4- the breakfast was very poor with no proper service on the table, even no knives for slicing the bread and no table issues.

Wonderful

Room was comfortable Breakfast is good and a lot of variety with a good view Classy hotel Thanks to marwan and mayar for there help.

Everything was good, the beach cafe wasn't ready for us it took the staff almost 40 mins to get us a coffee and juice.

Modern hotel complex with the pool outside. Nice spacious apartment (bungalow) with a sea view. Comfy bed, air condition. Tasty continental breakfast in beach restaurant and foods in hotel restaurant, too. Kind stuff mainly in the beach restaurant.

The hotel was a bit far from Alexandria (roughly 50 minutes). The hotel and beach was not completely clean as you can expect in this kind of accommodation. During the rain shower, the rain was leaking to our bungalow room. The main minus was poor knowledge of English by the hotel personnel which sometimes leaded to very confusing and stressed situations.

Very Good

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had rooms with a sea view. The breakfasts were great with a wide selection. Similarly, the restaurant served very tasty and high-quality food.

The hotel did not have a good location. Everything from the hotel was incredibly far away (40 minutes by car). Additionally, to enter the area where the hotel was located, we had to pay 30 EGP. The hotel staff did not have a very high level of English, so in many instances, they did not understand exactly what we were asking for. In the restaurant, they tried to scam us out of money, where we were supposed to pay a larger sum than was actually due. After pointing out this fact, the hotel restaurant acknowledged the mistake and refunded us part of the money from the paid bill. I admit that during our stay in Egypt, we encountered situations everywhere where everyone tried to scam us out of money. However, I was surprised that it happened even in such prestigious hotels like this.

Beach was nice probably one of the few beaches in Alex than you can swim in. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was ok

Definitely not worth the amount of money paid, and this place needs better management.

The pool area is nice.

The deluxe room we booked is VERY basic and should not be called deluxe. The room smelled of fresh paint, which was very discomforting. The facility looks very bad from the outside, and the surrounding area. The staff denied our request for a 1 hour late check-out, which most decent hotels don't have a problem with.

The rooms smells like something something was dead there, we couldn’t sleep all night. We complained but still they didn’t fix the problem. Very bad experience

Very bad experience At the beach, we had to wait half an hour to get towels. At the breakfast, there was no plates for cornflakes or cups for the coffe. I asked one of the staff to get me cups and plates but he told be that will not possibly now! Very bad experience El Maunora is gated do every time the security had to ask for ID and card from the hotel to proof my stay at the hotel. If though I had a card from the hotel but it wasn’t enough for the security to let me in, so crazy.

It was a great experience . Sure we will go there again.

The nice furniture style. The nice pool . Delicious dinner . Welcoming staff. Wonderful green areas and view. Clean room. Extra comfortable bed .

Few cats were present at the pool . Service at the breakfast restaurant was not satisfactory . Delay in cleaning tables and delay in refilling empty items. No enough waiters to help opening the heaving leds covering the food containers.

The cleanliness of pool was awesome.

The F&B service was a bit slow. Bathroom was a bother because after shower floor was excessively wet. There was a leak somewhere.

Very far from the city centre, facilities could be improved, kind staff

The hotel was not at its busiest, perhaps because of the time of year, so there was no wait for assistance from staff or at the facilities. The bar was open until very late, the cleaning staff were lovely, and the balcony was a nice plus.

The service at the bar was extremely slow even though there were only around four clients at the time, and the breakfast was not satisfactory- a few plates of meats, cheeses, pastries and bread with no fruit upon request and extra charge for certain fruit juices. The wifi didn't work properly in the rooms or even downstairs and the water temperature in the bathroom was either scorching or freezing. The hotel is also incredibly far from the centre of Alexandria and the train station

An ideal location for a relaxing holiday with the tourist attractions just a short taxi ride away.

My mother and I found the accommodation excellent and so was the food. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location was excellent. Lovely swimming pool and beach area.

The exterior of the building was looking rather tired and in need of some plasterwork and a coat of paint but having said that upgrading seemed to be taking place during out stay/
